Special Cases and Conditions for Refunds

Change of Mind

• Customers are entitled to a 100% refund if our writers/editors have not yet started working on the project.

• If you decide not to continue with your project within seven (7) hours of placing your order, you may request a refund. However, a 40% processing fee will be applied for other cases.

Incompetent Delivery

Customers can claim a refund if the delivered work does not meet the documented project requirements. However, refunds will only be considered after all the following options have been exhausted:

• Unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction. We assign, re-assign, and re-write your work to meet your expectations.

• Reserve free pages for future use of equivalent value, which can be availed anytime.

If we still fail to deliver the requested outcome, the refund will be processed upon mutual agreement on a set percentage. Refunds will only be considered if the delivery is entirely off the mark.

Late Delivery

• We strive for on-time delivery. If, for any reason, we fail to deliver on time, and we have made at least three attempts to contact you, a refund will be processed once documentary evidence establishes that the delay was due to the company’s fault.

Refund Time Frame

• Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

• Customers are advised to take note of the refund deadline when placing their order.

Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued

• Refunds will not be issued for minor technical errors such as grammar issues, typing mistakes, word count discrepancies, or missing references. In such cases, refunds will be processed with mutual agreement, and the company may offer partial refunds or discounts for future purchases.

• The company will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the client.
